Remakes Policy;

Remake prices are dependant on reason for remake and will be discussed with clinician

Turnaround Time;

Prosthetic work such as bite-st-tryins will require 1 week 

Crown and bridge 5-7 days

Implant restorations 7-10 days

Digital dentures 7-10 days

Aligners will require 3 days

Valplast finish will require 10 working days

CrCo framework will require 10 working days

Cron/bridge turnaround 10 working days

Speed processing 48h, addition £40/unit

1) IDDA Aligners – In-House Clear Aligner Production Made Easy

Are you looking to produce orthodontic clear aligners in-house at your dental surgery? Tired of excessive costs for aligner production? With the IDDA Aligner Service, you can send digital impressions and receive a complete set of aligner models, ready for 3D printing and in-house production.

What’s Included?
IPR/Movement Guide – Comprehensive guidance for interproximal reduction and tooth movements.
3D Movement Visualiser – Access to an interactive online tool to visualise each stage of movement.
Downloadable 3D STL Models – Easily print each step of the aligner process in your own lab.

Pricing & Turnaround
Per Case Pricing – Fixed cost, regardless of complexity.
Upper/Lower/Mixed Arch Options
Turnaround Time: 3-5 days, depending on case complexity.

Refinement Policy
We provide 1 free refinement session per case if treatment deviates from the planned course.
Refiners must be requested within the expected timeline of previous aligners plus 4 weeks.
Additional refinements are available at £60 per session, per arch (up to 4 refinements per arch). Beyond this, a full re-case design is required.

Clinician Responsibilities
To use this service, you must:
Approve the proposed movements and IPR recommendations.
Take full responsibility for printing and producing aligners in-house or through a lab.
Have completed an IDDA Aligner Training Course (or an approved partner course).
